GreyStuff will review operational processes, assessing the required skills, determining key metrics, and evaluating the supply chain to highlight areas of risk, such as bottlenecks or resource vulnerabilities.

GreyStuff will review the organisation. auditing skills deployment, assessing communications, escalation procedure, reporting and financials.

GreyStuff will identify risks and dependencies, alerting you to gaps and bottlenecks. We will also identify areas of opportunity. Using management, operational and solutions expertise, GreyStuff will evaluate and make recommendations regarding the following:

  • workflow and processes, to determine and deal with points  of risk and bottlenecks;
  • concept and design routines, to determine optimal production and content management tools;
  • skills management, to highlight potential and manage underperformance;
  • communications; to reduce inefficiencies by strengthening links in the supply chain between concept, design, sourcing, merchandising, planning, production, procurement, offices, warehouse, outlet, buying agents and suppliers;
  • demand management;
  • new systems and changes.

GreyStuff will then make recommendations regarding new Key Performance Indicators and Key Operational Risks. These will be reviewed and agreed with the internal team.

This will result in a revised business definition and requirements for change. Our consultants will then work with your chosen software vendors to see these implemented, to carry through recommendations for change and to streamline your business processes.
